TIVA Builder brings these three worlds together on one dataset and one flow. From bill of materials to work order, from quality form to financial statement, everything moves as part of the same chain.
You design your own screens
What sets TIVA Builder apart is that the screens are in the user’s hands. You switch on design mode, build the screen you need with drag and drop, and start using it.
Every form, every grid, every quality document can be designed this way — without code. A conversation that would end with “we don’t have that screen” in a standard product continues here by switching to design mode.
PDM and production in one chain
Revisions, bills of materials, work orders and planning are linked without breaks. A revision made in engineering is reflected in the production plan and material requirements through the same chain.
This removes most of the time lost in setups where the bill of materials is kept in one place and the work order in another.
AI-assisted accounting
Incoming e-invoices and bank transactions are posted automatically. The accounting team’s time goes into checking entries and preparing for period-end, not into keying documents into the system.
This approach positions AI not as a chat window but as a quiet assistant inside daily work — the same philosophy as our work on Kai.
On your server
TIVA Builder does not force you into the cloud:
- Works offline — no internet connection required
- Your data stays with you — on your own server, under your own control
- Modular licensing — as many modules and licences as you need
For manufacturing plants these three points are often decisive: a terminal on the line doesn’t stop when the internet drops, data doesn’t leave the building, and you don’t pay for modules you don’t use.
Who is it for?
It is designed for manufacturing companies — especially engineering-heavy firms that manage bills of materials and revisions and build to order.
TIVA is an acronym of the Turkish phrase Türkçe İlişkisel Veri Araçları — Turkish Relational Data Tools.
Similar names, separate products: erpware Builder adds screens and reports on top of a working ERP, while TIVA Builder is a manufacturing platform that runs on its own. One extends an existing system; the other takes its place.
