Process first, software second
Most failed projects are not caused by choosing the wrong software but by not defining the need correctly from the start. Any software decision made before it is clear what the business actually does does little more than digitise the existing chaos.
That is why Process Consulting is not a preliminary step for us but a service in its own right. We examine your financial management, human resources, production, inventory, sales and marketing processes on site, and identify who does what, where information is waiting and which work is needlessly repeated.
What we do
We map processes together with the teams involved and mark bottlenecks and broken links. The resulting needs map shows which processes should be improved, which should be integrated and which should be supported by software.
This output does not tie you to us — if you decide to buy software, you start with the right scope; if you decide not to, you are still left with a working improvement plan.
A data-driven decision culture
As processes improve, they become measurable. Together we decide which metrics to track and who should see what, and how often. From that point on, ErpwareBI and Kai can come into play; but a tool does not replace a culture — you first need to know which question you are asking.
